About our Agency:
Founded in 2012, Daniel Parker State Farm is a Tulsa-based agency serving individuals, families and business owners throughout Oklahoma. Our team brings together more than 165 years of experience across insurance and financial services, with professional backgrounds that include commercial insurance, banking, residential lending and customer service.

Our work goes beyond routine policy transactions. We work with established households, professionals and business owners whose needs can become more involved as their families, assets and businesses grow. Our team conducts household insurance reviews, works with commercial insurance, life and retirement planning, ongoing account service and more complicated customer situations. That variety creates opportunities for team members to broaden their knowledge and develop professionally.

Daniel has more than 25 years of insurance and financial-services experience, earned a B.S. in Biomedical Chemistry from Oral Roberts University and holds FINRA 6, 63 and 65 registrations. His agency is also a six-time State Farm President’s Club recipient.

Our culture is professional, growth-minded and supportive. We value technical knowledge, thoughtful customer conversations, accountability and consistent follow-through. Experienced team members coach and support one another, and employees who demonstrate the ability and initiative to take on more are given opportunities to grow their responsibilities and careers.

Team members also enjoy health, dental and vision benefits, up to a 4% 401(k) match, paid time off, birthday lunches, team outings and a well-equipped break room with a full kitchen, stocked drinks and gourmet coffee. Giving back is important to us as well, including our involvement with CarePortal supporting foster children and families facing difficult circumstances in our community.

Position Overview:
Are you an experienced insurance, banking, lending or financial-services professional who enjoys helping customers work through important financial decisions? Our agency is looking for someone who can conduct thoughtful, needs-based conversations around life and retirement planning, long-term protection and broader insurance and financial needs.

This role is designed for a professional who is comfortable asking detailed questions, analyzing a customer’s situation and helping them understand available options. The right person will bring strong relationship skills, sound judgment and the confidence to make recommendations and move conversations toward action.

As your knowledge and responsibilities grow, there are opportunities to take a larger role in household reviews, customer consultations, team development and more complex financial conversations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed customer reviews focused on life, retirement and broader insurance and financial needs.
  • Ask thoughtful questions to understand family responsibilities, financial obligations, long-term goals and changing circumstances.
  • Help customers understand available products, options and tradeoffs in clear, practical language.
  • Identify needs involving family protection, retirement planning, business-owner protection and other long-term financial considerations.
  • Develop strong customer relationships that support retention, referrals and agency growth.
  • Work with established households and business owners whose insurance and financial needs may require a more detailed conversation.
  • Maintain appropriate documentation and follow required insurance and financial-services compliance procedures.
  • Coordinate with Daniel and other experienced team members when a customer’s needs require additional knowledge or perspective.
  • Meet individual production goals while maintaining a thoughtful, needs-based approach.
  • Continue developing technical knowledge across insurance and financial services.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3–5+ years of experience in insurance, banking, lending or financial services strongly preferred.
  • Active life and health insurance license required.
  • SIE and FINRA 6, 63 and/or 65 registrations are highly valued.
  • Property and casualty insurance licensing is a plus.
  • Experience conducting financial, insurance or household reviews is particularly valuable.
  • Strong analytical, communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable making recommendations and helping customers move from questions to decisions.
  • Takes initiative and uses sound judgment rather than waiting to be told what to do next.
  • Comfortable working through situations where the answer is not immediately obvious.
  • Motivated by measurable goals and professional growth.
  • Professional, trustworthy and committed to consistent follow-through.
  • Spanish-English bilingual skills are highly valued; proficiency in additional languages is also a plus.
If you’re ready to combine your financial-services experience with the opportunity to grow, take on greater responsibility and make a meaningful impact in customers’ lives, we’d love to hear from you.
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
